What happens when I run out?

Top up and keep going: tokens are $0.20 each, from $20 for 100, and top-up tokens never expire — they're used after your monthly allowance and carry over until you need them. Otherwise analysis pauses until the allowance resets on the 1st, or you move up a plan. Everything already measured stays where it is.

Do failed analyses cost tokens?

No. Only a completed analysis that actually read your video is charged, and it is charged on the frames the engine processed rather than on the length of the file you uploaded.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any time, from your team settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Your measurements and exercises belong to the team, so nothing moves or is lost when the plan does.
